The agreement in the form of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) grants Petrocompletions with the exclusive rights for the sales, distribution and technical representation of H.P. Well Screen and its subsidiaries Well Completions Products in the territory of Nigeria.
The product scope covers advance sand control completion technologies including Premium Screens, Wire Wrapped Screens, Pre-Packer Screends, Slotted Liners, Perforated Casings, Swellable Packers, Inflow Control Devices and associated completions accessories.
